Description

Ok. Bad pun for the name. Kevin is an incredibly awesome athlete with this better-than-anyone-else-his-age physique. We were kicking some ideas for a first collaboration when he came up with this old photo of his back. I was like OMG, grabbed it, and started working on this detail section.

This is a combination of oils and a little chalk with a very slight watercolor finish, handcrafted in Painter 12. I'm using a lot of layers these days to get that nice oil sheen. (I saw that Discovery Channel show on how the think Leonardo da Vinci did it.) This one had 13 layers.
